Privacy policy (GDPR)
SOPFlows is operated by SOPFlow OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code 17261905, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia), which acts as data controller. Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
What we collect and why. We use the information you submit in our forms (name, company, contact details, project details) only to answer your request, prepare quotes and follow up on them. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
Who we share it with. We never sell your data. We share it with partner manufacturers only as far as needed to prepare quotes and make the introduction. Some of them are located outside the EU; these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We also use HubSpot (CRM) to manage requests.
How long we keep it. 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).
Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hello@sopflows.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Terms and conditions (clients)
Our role
SOPFlows connects buyers with manufacturers: we receive your request, send you 3 quotes from suitable manufacturers and put you in touch with the manufacturer of your choice. SOPFlows does not manufacture, sell or deliver any products.
Sales contract
The sales contract is concluded directly between the client and the manufacturer. SOPFlows is not a party to it.
The manufacturer is solely responsible for:
- the product, its production and its compliance with applicable regulations;
- samples, quality control, delivery and order follow-up;
- installation, when offered;
- the warranty and after-sales service.
Once the introduction has been made, the client deals directly with the manufacturer, who guarantees delivery and handles order follow-up. SOPFlows is not involved in the performance of the order.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this website are indicative "starting from" prices, excluding shipping, taxes and installation. They are set by the manufacturers and may change. Only the quote issued by the manufacturer is binding.
Manufacturer selection
Every manufacturer is reviewed before joining our network, based on its company documents, product certifications and references. This review does not constitute a guarantee of the manufacturer's performance or of the products delivered.
Warranties
Product warranties are granted and handled by the manufacturer, under the terms set out in its quote or sales contract. Any warranty claim is made directly to the manufacturer.
How SOPFlows is paid
Our service is free for buyers. SOPFlows is paid by partner manufacturers. This remuneration does not affect the prices quoted to the client.
Liability
SOPFlows' liability is limited to its own services: the introduction and the information published on this website. SOPFlows cannot be held liable for the performance, delays, defects or non-compliance of the manufacturer or its products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law.
Listing terms (manufacturers)
The terms applicable to partner manufacturers (verification, confidentiality, quality, remuneration) are managed internally by SOPFlows and communicated directly to manufacturers.
