How much does an office pod cost?
At SOPFlows, office pods start at $2,490 excl. shipping for the S Pod (1-person phone booth), $3,490 for the Work Pod (1–2 people), $3,435 for the M Pod, $4,555 for the L Pod (4 people) and $5,725 for the XL Pod (6 people). The final price depends on options and is shown on your 3 quotes.
Are office pods really soundproof?
Yes. Our pods reduce noise by 30.1 dB: a normal conversation inside cannot be heard from the open-plan office.
What is the difference between a phone booth, a work pod and a meeting pod?
An office phone booth (S Pod) fits one person for calls. A work pod (Work Pod, M Pod) is for focused work or meeting one person. A meeting pod (L Pod, XL Pod, Custom Pod) replaces a meeting room for 4 people or more, with no construction.
Is there a charge for the SOPFlows service?
No. SOPFlows charges clients no commission: the price on your quote is the final price, with no added service fees.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Not for pods: you can order from a single unit. For kitchens, furniture and saunas, any minimum quantity is shown on the product page or the quote.
How do I get a price?

Does installing a pod require building work?
No. A pod stands on the existing floor and plugs into a standard 230 V socket. Installation takes 2 to 3 hours (depending on dimensions for the Custom Pod).
Can a pod be moved later?
Yes. Pods can be dismantled and reassembled; optional castors let you move them around your premises without dismantling.
What are the delivery lead times?
4 to 10 weeks for pods, depending on the model and options, and 4 to 12 weeks for kitchens, furniture and saunas. The exact lead time is shown on your quote.
Do you deliver abroad?
Our partner manufacturers deliver across Europe and beyond, on quote. Pods have already been delivered as far as the Cayman Islands.
What is the warranty?
The warranty is granted and handled by the manufacturer. Its length and scope are stated on the manufacturer's quote (for example 5 years on the pod structure). If there is a problem, you contact the manufacturer directly: SOPFlows handles neither the warranty nor order follow-up.
